Voting Question: minimum age for working?

i am currently 12 but will 13 in april and im looking for a summer job i really don't want to work at a farm or baby sit although newspapers would be ok but i really would like fast food or a restaurant would sonic drive in or McDonald's hire me this summer maybe braums idk but i just don't want to babysit. my step mom works at sonic currently and over the summer i went and watched what happens in sonic answered the intercom a couple times always made drinks and car hopped once carhop is where u bring the food out for those who don't know but the thing is my dad and step mom live in a different city 45 mins away but there is a sonic drive in here and if i mentioned all that do u think they will hire me. and leave suggestions please on other jobs that u know of btw i also live in oklahoma so idk if laws are diff or what i will do anything it takes to get a job this summer...
