Voting Question: please help i need info on birth certificate?

me and my husband have been together for three and half years now and we have a little girl together shes one ok so she accidentally got hold of his birth certificate and tore it its the official original one but theres a problem hes not from oklahoma city and thats were we are living at hes from california so how would i get him a new birth certificate there has to be a way right please get at me asap thank you i will appreciate it...
